  Execute a Flex Query Manager query using query UID
• ExecuteQueryByName
  Execute a Flex Query Manager query using query name
• GetFieldDefinitions
• InsertIncident
  Insert Offline Mode Entered Incident
• InsertUpdateNotes
  Insert or update a Note.
• IsFlexAvailable
  Returns 1 if the web service could be called.
• UpdatePaymentPlanCustomFlds
  Update custom fields on a Payment Plan object.
